In-House Payments
For payments of less than $1,000, we gladly accept cash, debit card, and money orders. For payments of more than $1,000 certified cheque, bank draft, or bank transfer are accepted for your convenience. If your preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer, please contact us in advance to obtain the bank account details and to authorize this transaction.
A 5% Good Patient Courtesy Discount applies to charges over $500 for payment in advance by:
